- Duplicate Payment: Full refund will be issued for accidental duplicate transactions.
- Technical Failure: If paid content cannot be accessed due to verified platform issues, users may receive a refund or account credit.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- Once paid content has been accessed, streamed, or downloaded.
- Dissatisfaction with teaching style or personal expectations.
- Failure to complete a course or attend scheduled sessions.
- Delay in syllabus completion or perceived lack of results.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel enrollment before accessing course content to receive a refund.
- No cancellation will be accepted after access to content has been recorded.
